3/4 cup of mayo
2 tbsp of minced shallot (red onion will also work)
1 tbsp of lemon juice (lime works as well)
7 - 10 basil leaves chopped
salt
Mix all of these ingredients together and let it sit in your fridge for at least an hour. Serve with Korean Lettuce Wraps or Summer Lettuce Wraps or just about anything really.
