1/2 cup of mayo (not Miracle Whip - ewwww)
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 shallot minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp celery salt
2 tbsp of minced parsley (cilantro is also good)
salt and pepper
Mix it all together then refrigerate for a few hours. Taste test before serving. You may need more lemon, or salt/pepper.
